- ARIS Connect and Architect/Designer hands on expertise
- APG (ARIS Process Governance) experience, ability to customize and create workflows
- Strong Java and Javascript skills – Ability to invoke 3rd Party Rest APIs via ARIS Scripts for Integration with External Applications
- ARIS Rest API knowledge, to utilize for external Integrations with ARIS
- Strong ARIS Tool (Connect & Architect/Designer) exposure, to assist in Production Support and Release cycle management
- ARIS Business Processing modelling
- Ability to provide ARIS training.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge in ARIS Process governance, enterprise architecture, business process methodologies, frameworks & tools.
- Create ARIS scripts to manage quality of ARIS Flows and to automate Data loading process.
- Manage all the meta data uploads for Data Feeds, Applications, Data Controls into ARIS Repository.
- Manage ARIS platform configurations such as Filters, Templates, Custom Symbols, User Setups.
- Conduct trainings on ARIS for IT and business teams.
- Implement Release cycle management using ARIS Process Governance.
- Provide deployment and application support for ARIS Platform.
- Configure and Manage ARIS Method configurations and User setups.
- Perform ARIS Database Administration activities Repository structure, Access privileges, Object cleanup, Reorganization.
- Perform ARIS Governance – APG Development.
- Work with the global ARIS team to improve documenting process for both business processes and the supporting infrastructure and information flows.
- Design and implement process governance for business process approval and releases.
- Document new models and revise models as requested in ARIS with adherence to the enterprise standards.
- Ensure appropriate governance processes and protocols are followed to manage the end-to-end business process models repository within ARIS Platform.
- Participate in ARIS review sessions and in ARIS Direction Team meetings.
- Perform conversion of various business processes from Visio, MS Word, PDF, PPT format to ARIS EPC model.
- Provide ARIS Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve ARIS platform issues.
Location: Remote (onshore or offshore)
- 4 + years working in process modeling using the EPC (Event-Driven Process Chain) modeling standard.
- 4+ years working in other process methodologies and tools, including UML and BPMN.
- Strong Ability to lead process mapping and requirements sessions (2 + years).
- The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and process drawings and articulate their collective relevance into an enterprise process model.
- Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business.
- The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business.
- Ability to see opportunities and re-engineer a current state process.
- Considerable ability in oral and written communication.
- Considerable ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, subordinates and associates.
Optional
- Experience working within the ARIS suite of software BPM products
- A broad view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
